Mindbowser developed customized IOT Solutions for manufacturing client based in US. The objective was to boost the productivity across operations and human resources. We installed 150 sensors to measure operating parameters including temperature, pressure and alignment at a process level. To monitor shop floor employees, additional 100 sensors were installed. This also helped client to boost the capacity utilisation by almost 40%.
Most importantly, the solution was extremely easy to deploy and use. Our efforts resulted in 25%  increase in overall production efficiency and 15% reduction in overall energy and utility costs and prevention of critical failures because of predictive analysis.
