IoT Solutions For Manufacturing

BI Intelligence estimates the installed base of manufacturing IoT devices to swell from 237 million in 2015 to 923 million in 2020. By that year, manufacturers will spend approximately $267 billion on the IoT.
Manufacturing has always been one step ahead when it comes to adopting new technologies. Considering the pressure manufacturers face to continuously improve operational performance, IoT is proving to be a bliss. Our forte lies in creating IoT solutions for manufacturing businesses that will improve visibility, interoperability and flexibility while removing barriers in achieving operational excellence.
Our IoT solutions for manufacturing are designed to transform traditional manufacturing into the ‘smart’ one. Even a small change can have a big impact on overall production efficiency. Of course there are technologies which are being used since decades but businesses today can’t afford to ignore the power of internet and IoT. It’s time to adopt a new generation of systems that enables real-time, automatic interactions among machines, systems, assets and things.
With the help of smart sensors, RTLS, mobility, cloud, automation and analytics tools, our IoT solutions for manufacturing are making it all possible.

Our hardware-assisted and software-based security provides multilayered protection for your critical data and secures the connections and devices it travels across the entire manufacturing unit. You don’t have to worry about security of your connections and devices anymore, leave that to us and relax.

Assets Tracking

eye-tracking (2)View the real time status of the Assets at anytime, anywhere. Our IoT tracking solutions offer more hands-off way to track goods and the progress of work. BLE beacons and sensors allow materials, locations, or tooling to essentially talk with each other. Continuous visibility into location and status of your assets.

Augmented Reality (AR)

We are bringing augmented reality from ‘Pokémon Go’ to your factory floor. There is a lack of awareness when it comes to implementing AR in manufacturing. AR can be used for many purposes in manufacturing companies, but its potential is perhaps greatest within these four areas : Operations, Maintenance, Error prevention and Training.

Smart Sensors

Connect tens, hundreds, even thousands of devices, from wearable sensors to robotic arms. All this can be managed from a single interface. We also help you identify the usage patterns and plan your production space more efficiently. Smart sensors come in all sorts of types based on their applications.

Employee Productivity

Our IoT solutions will help you reduce the time required for a particular task by assigning right tasks to right people. Assign task to people and monitor whether they are being implemented as per the desired standard. Get unified and real time feasibility to identify and assess KPIs.

Smart Analytics

Use Case

Mindbowser developed customized IOT Solutions for manufacturing client based in US. The objective was to boost the productivity across operations and human resources. We installed 150 sensors to measure operating parameters including temperature, pressure and alignment at a process level. To monitor shop floor employees, additional 100 sensors were installed. This also helped client to boost the capacity utilisation by almost 40%.
Most importantly, the solution was extremely easy to deploy and use. Our efforts resulted in 25%  increase in overall production efficiency and 15% reduction in overall energy and utility costs and prevention of critical failures because of predictive analysis.
